Cora's goat, Gypsy, a purebred angora, had two babies this afternoon while we were at church. One is much curlier than the other; she obviously took after mommy, while the other has more of daddy's traits.

Science Night with the Homeschool Group
Anna did an experiment using a turmeric indicator to test whether substances were acids or bases. She had made a poster to go along with it, and showed how the indicator turned blood red when put in a base (baking soda) or light yellow when added to an acid (vinegar). Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of her doing this, as the battery went dead on the camera. I did get pictures of the kids playing with Joey's switches and circuits display though.
